    Rung 1 · Blocker Isolation · $250

One blocked AI workflow, one hour, one defensible next move.

By Alex Cinovoj, Founder & CTO, TechTide AI · 13 years in US enterprise IT.

Isolate the one thing standing between your AI workflow and real operations, and leave with a defensible next move instead of another opinion.

Where this sits: the call is the smallest rung beneath AI Production Systems, the front door for AI decisions. The other front door is Airtable Exit/Rescue, for a critical Airtable system.

Every front door is paid and priced in the open: $250 for the Production Block Call, $1,000 for the Systems Decision Audit, $2,500 for the Airtable Rescue Decision Sprint. Critical System Implementation is $10,000 to $25,000 fixed scope and only opens after a decision boundary is approved.

    Blocker Isolation

An hour is enough to isolate one blocker. It is not enough to certify a system, and we do not pretend otherwise.

    1. 01

State the blocker as the team sees it

Before the call, you send the one workflow and the one thing stopping it. No architecture diagrams and no portfolio tour.

    2. 02

Isolate the real blocker on the call

Blocker Isolation separates the symptom from the cause: inputs, prompts, tools, retrieval, permissions, or failure handling. Usually only one of them is actually holding the workflow back.

    3. 03

Name the next move in writing

You leave with a one-page Decision Note: what the blocker is, why it blocks production, and the next move, including whether your own team should be the one to make it.

    Production Block Call

    $250

Isolate the one thing standing between your AI workflow and real operations, and leave with a defensible next move instead of another opinion.

    What you get

    • A 60-minute working session on one blocked AI workflow, not a survey of your portfolio.
    • A one-page Decision Note naming the blocker, why it blocks production, and the next move.
    • A plain statement of whether this is something your team can fix in-house.

    Boundaries

    • No code written during the call.
    • No full system inspection. That is the Systems Decision Audit.
    • No commitment to work with us afterwards.

If it is not for you

If you go on to book the Systems Decision Audit within 30 days, the $250 is applied to it.

    Rung 2 · Production Gate

    Systems Decision Audit

    $1,000

An evidence-backed ship, fix, redesign, or stop decision on one AI workflow, with the reasoning written down so your own reviewers can check the call instead of taking it on trust.

    What you get

    • A 90-minute live review of one workflow: inputs, prompts, tools, retrieval, permissions, failure handling, and observability.
    • A written Verdict naming the decision, ship, fix, redesign, or stop, with the evidence behind it.
    • The conditions that would have to hold before the workflow can be trusted in real operations.
    • The reasoning for the outcomes we ruled out, so the call is reviewable rather than believable.

    Boundaries

    • One system, not an audit of every AI initiative in the company.
    • No strategy deck, maturity model, or vendor comparison.
    • No production code written during the audit.

If it is not for you

If the Gate finds nothing worth deciding, we say so plainly and refund the fee. If implementation starts within 30 days, the $1,000 is credited against it.

    Request a Systems Decision Audit

One workflow. One verdict. Evidence you can show your reviewers.

Both rungs sit on the AI Production Systems track. Worked production systems are filed in the case files, with engineering write-ups at alexcinovoj.dev.

    Production Block Call FAQs

    • The call isolates one blocker in an hour for $250. The Systems Decision Audit takes one whole workflow through the Production Gate for $1,000 and ends in a written ship, fix, redesign, or stop verdict.
