By accessing or using TechTide AI services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not access the services.
Services
TechTide AI provides custom AI implementation, including workflow automation, AI agents, and knowledge systems. Deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual property
Custom solutions become the client's property upon full payment. TechTide AI retains rights to underlying methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.
Limitation of liability
TechTide AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
