Software Project Rescue for Stalled Builds

By Alex Cinovoj, Founder & CTO, TechTide AI · CTO & Co-Founder, CPG Playbook

Software project rescue is how we describe product implementation for a build that has stalled. We help founders turn stalled product builds into software ready for a real customer, pilot, or launch. Show us what exists, what is stuck, and what needs to work. We take ownership of the implementation, test the agreed user journey, and document the handoff. Scope and price are agreed before work starts.

Signs a software project needs rescue

  • The demo works, but real users hit errors or dead ends.
  • A previous developer or agency has left and nobody is sure how the code fits together.
  • An AI tool such as Lovable or Claude Code got the build most of the way, then progress stopped.
  • A customer, a pilot or a launch now depends on it working.

How a rescue works

  • Show us the build. Send the project brief. We look at what is already built, what is stuck, and what has to work, and we keep the parts that already work.
  • Agree the scope. You and TechTide AI agree the core user journey and the conditions it has to pass. Scope and price are agreed before work starts.
  • Build, test, and hand over. We implement the agreed scope, test the agreed user journey, and hand over documentation your team can work from.

Keep what works

We don't start from scratch when working parts can be kept. Before any build work, we agree with you which parts stay, what is stuck, and the conditions the core user journey has to pass. No paid audit is needed before we talk about implementation.

What you get at the end

  • We inspect what is already built and keep the parts that work.
  • You and TechTide AI agree the core user journey and its acceptance conditions.
  • We implement it and verify the agreed journey.
  • You get a documented handoff.

Where we work

TechTide AI is based in Columbus, Ohio. We work in person across the Columbus metro and remotely with teams across the United States, Canada and the European Union. Columbus is on US Eastern Time.

The tools we build with

Claude Code, Lovable, Supabase, n8n and MCP, across Claude, Gemini and Codex. MCP, AI, Supabase and TypeScript are tools we use inside the implementation. They are not separate offers.

Frequently asked

  • No. It is how we describe product implementation for a build that has stalled. There is one service and one way to start: send the project brief.
